Tracy is currently a Chief Deputy District Attorney at the Clark County District Attorney's Office where she has prosecuted thousands of cases from felonies to misdemeanors. Tracy was also assigned to the Special Victims Unit – Vehicular Crimes Unit, specialized in prosecuting all felony DUI, Reckless Driving, and Hit and Run cases. Prior to joining the Clark County District Attorney's Office, Tracy dedicated over a decade of her career as a Chief Deputy Public Defender at the Clark County Public Defender's Office. Tracy has 14 years of criminal law and jury trials experience in both prosecution and criminal defense. Tracy started in the Las Vegas legal community in 2003 in a civil litigation firm, obtained her paralegal certificate in 2004, and worked as a paralegal until 2008 when she started law school.

Outside of the courtroom, Tracy is active in the community. Tracy is a board trustee for the Clark County Law Foundation since 2020, where she also served as their president in 2023 and is one of their Trial by Peers instructors and senior attorney. Tracy is also on the board of the Asian Bar Association of Nevada and is their Director of Mentorship. Tracy is a graduate of the premier executive development program Leadership Las Vegas, Class of 2019. Tracy was also selected in 2019 as a participant and a scholarship recipient to the inaugural National Judicial College's Judicial Academy for Aspiring Judges. Tracy is also a State Bar of Nevada appointed Transitioning Into Practice (TIP) Mentor.

When Tracy is not working, she enjoys volunteering, reading, playing tennis, hanging out with her friends, and spending time with her husband, retired LVMPD Sergeant and Assemblyman Brian Hibbetts, and their rescued Rottweiler, Duke.
